We are located on the Central Coast and offer an innovative program that incorporates a non-dieting approach to weight management to assist clients to manage their weight, improve lifestyle choices and reduce their health risk factors.

The program is a unique, online platform which is having great results in general practice.

It includes built in health screening, education and lifestyle modification tools that assist you in weight management and health risk identification.

My Approach

My main focus is the individual and their specific needs.

I take a holistic approach to helping individuals with weight management using my healthy lifestyle program.

Coast Nutrizione uses a software program that shows you a 3D version of your current body size and helps you visualise your future body with nutrition and exercise support. It takes into consideration your height, weight, body fat and age to create ‘before’ and ‘after’ images of your body so that you can see an image of how your body can be transformed with nutrition
and exercise changes.

What Is Your Health Age?

Our program can calculate your health age compared to your actual age. By achieving your nutrition
and exercise goals, we can support you to reach your ‘goal’ age.

Understanding Your Risk For Chronic Disease.

Learn your current risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer. With nutrition and
exercise support, the risk for chronic disease can be dramatically decreased.
