My Story
Meet Karen, Nutrition Coach
Karen is a university qualified Nutritionist with experience helping people with weight management and healthy lifestyle programs. Karen finds it very rewarding to help clients to improve their eating habits, increase their fitness and gain confidence. She has a special interest in the Mediterranean diet and enjoys learning about the Italian culture and language.
Qualification Details
Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Majoring in Human Nutrition (University of Newcastle) Postgraduate study at Deakin University

Member of the Nutrition Society of Australia
My Approach
I take an holistic approach when working with clients. I tailor each session to their individual needs.
I provide support and a sounding board over the 12 week program about healthy living and active living for long-lasting lifestyle change.
Unique Framework
The Healthy Lifestyle Program is an evidence based program that is unique in it’s application. It provides support on your journey to reach and maintain healthy weight.
Over the 12 week program, you will check in weekly, with weight and measurements taken to track your progress and these sessions will include strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle with education around nutrition and physical activity.
You will use proven motivational tools to identify your goals and priorities.
